Years of studies and researches, certified by the degree thesis at the University of Padova in 2013, have given birth to Mei Wellbeing Program: the method in which healthy eating habits and herbal products act in synergy.
The Program has the aim of restoring energy and psycho-physical vitality while reshaping the body. It is not a slimming diet, but a dietary education that teaches to consume the right foods at the right time, contributing to the reduction of any possible overweight.
Mei Wellbeing Program does not have direct or indirect side effects and can be followed in combination with possible pharmacological treatments.
A change in habits, in order to improve lifestyle, is a process that requires time. We often expect immediate results instead, resorting to drastic methods with negative side effects. Bearing this in mind, we have structured the Wellbeing Program in three phases for a total duration of three months. The Program should be done at least once per year, while after 4-6 months it is sufficient to repeat the first Detoxinating phase lasting 24 days.
